Monday was likely a continuation of Friday's bullish sentiment when they announced higher Q4 2008 preliminary numbers and an improved 2009 outlook. I do think it will continue to rise over time but after such a run-up, there's potential to buy it when it drops in price.

Yep, early October/late September is often ripe for some crazy trading as funds close positions for tax and financial reasons.

I'm currently reading Lowenstein's book on him. His famous 50 percent quote is there to make a point, and he has clearly supported it. It is an attainable goal for all small investors to perform at 50 percent a year. Opportunities are always available somewhere.
